Our
Turnkey System
Espresso 101 - Market Research
CoffeeNet has leveraged its expertise to create a comprehensive
franchising program. Based on our experience, we know what works and
what does not. Everything we do is focused on providing our guests
with a great dining experience, enhancing the CoffeeNet brand, and maximizing the long term profitability
of our cafes. These are the different components of our turn-key
franchise package:
- Site Selection
- Project Management
- Training
- Marketing and Advertising
- Purchasing
- Operations Manual and Ongoing Franchisee Support
Site Selection
The most important thing you can do to insure the success
of your CoffeeNet is to choose the right location. We will help
you analyze your market to identify the best trade areas for our
concept. Through partnerships with local real estate experts, we
can help you identify a qualified real estate broker and help identify
the opportunities that exist in your market.
Project Management
CoffeeNet will assist you in every phase of building your
restaurant from complete design and architectural services to assistance
with construction management. After you sign a lease, our architectural
team will design your space. We will help you solicit construction
bids, including one from our recommended construction company, to
insure that you receive the most competitive construction pricing.
We will help you manage the construction process to make sure that
your restaurant is being built to CoffeeNet standards and
specifications. At the conclusion of the construction process, the
CoffeeNet Project
Manager will conduct a final on-site inspection to review and approve
the finished restaurant.
Training
CoffeeNet is all about food and service and our intensive
training program proves this. You will participate in comprehensive
classroom and on-the-job training at our facilities and restaurants
in Smyrna, GA where you will learn every aspect of the noodle
business from interviewing and hiring new employees to cooking on
our fire-breathing woks. You will be required to pass both written
and functional tests about CoffeeNet procedures and standards. We will send our training
team to your location before, during and after your grand opening
to complete training and insure the success of your restaurant.
Marketing and Advertising
Our marketing program is a combination of grass roots
marketing efforts, community outreach programs, a monthly
e-newsletter, e-mail marketing and a loyalty card program. Of course,
the best marketing you can do is between the four walls of your
restaurant by insuring that every guests dining experience meets
or exceeds their expectations: affordable, delicious, made-to-order
food, served in a friendly, efficient manner in a comfortable neighborhood
location.
Purchasing
CoffeeNet will provide you with the turn-key equipment
and small wares package necessary to operate your restaurant. Our
national equipment suppliers will insure that you receive the right
equipment at the right price. CoffeeNet has also negotiated purchasing
contracts with authorized food and packaging suppliers to allow
you to take advantage of our volume pricing. You will deal directly
with the suppliers to avoid any middle-man mark-up.
Operations Manual and Ongoing Franchisee Support
Our Operations Manual outlines every aspect of our
business from good food safety and sanitation practices to
proprietary recipes to reporting payroll. It should be used as a
resource for running your CoffeeNet at the highest quality level and according to our
standards. Our operations manual and additional support materials
are available on our intranet site for the exclusive use of our
franchisees.
We will provide you with ongoing support including telephone consultation
7 days a week, regular site visits to answer questions and monitor
store performance, training for new key employees and continuing
education for existing employees. Every member of our Operations
Team has “hands on” experience running restaurants and
will work hard to insure your success. We treat you like a partner
and realize that our success is dependent upon your success.
